How to Make White Fudge
Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- nuts, chopped
Instructions
- Blend sugar, milk and butter in a heavy saucepan and cook over medium heat. Keep cooking until mixture reaches 240 degrees F on a candy thermometer.
- Remove from heat. Stir in chopped nuts and beat until mixture is thick and creamy. Pour into a buttered pan. Cut into squares when cool.
