How to Make White Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • nuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Blend sugar, milk and butter in a heavy saucepan and cook over medium heat. Keep cooking until mixture reaches 240 degrees F on a candy thermometer.
  2. Remove from heat. Stir in chopped nuts and beat until mixture is thick and creamy. Pour into a buttered pan. Cut into squares when cool.
