How to Make Walnut Honey Candy

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Walnuts

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, honey and water in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly and cook until mixture reaches 240 degrees F on a candy thermometer.
  2. Remove from heat and allow to partially cool. Stir in walnuts and blend well. Pour into a greased pan. When thoroughly cool, cut into squares.
