How to Make Sour Cream Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 cups light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, blend together sour cream, brown sugar and butter. Boil until mixture reaches 240 degrees F on a candy thermometer.
- Remove from heat. Stir in nuts and vanilla. blend well until partially cool. Pour into a greased pan. Allow to completely cool; cut into squares.
