How to Make Sour Cream Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 cups light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, blend together sour cream, brown sugar and butter. Boil until mixture reaches 240 degrees F on a candy thermometer.
  2. Remove from heat. Stir in nuts and vanilla. blend well until partially cool. Pour into a greased pan. Allow to completely cool; cut into squares.
