How to Make Marshmallow Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Put the butter, cream, maple syrup, and sugar in a saucepan. Heat until the mixture reaches 240°. Stir continously.
  2. Remove saucepan from stove. Add the lemon and vanilla extracts. Stir until the consistency of the mixture becomes grainy.
  3. Grease a pan and place the desired amount of marshmallows on the bottom. Pour mixture over the marshmallows.
  4. Allow fudge to cool slightly, then cut into squares.
