How to Make Marshmallow Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1/2 cup cream
- marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Put the butter, cream, maple syrup, and sugar in a saucepan. Heat until the mixture reaches 240°. Stir continously.
- Remove saucepan from stove. Add the lemon and vanilla extracts. Stir until the consistency of the mixture becomes grainy.
- Grease a pan and place the desired amount of marshmallows on the bottom. Pour mixture over the marshmallows.
- Allow fudge to cool slightly, then cut into squares.
