How to Make Maple Sugar Caramels
Ingredients
- 2 cups maple syrup
- 1 1/2 cups light corn syrup
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Combine syrups, heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until mixture reaches 240 degrees F on a candy thermometer.
- Pour mixture into a greased pan. Allow to cool and then cut into squares.
