How to Make Maple Sugar Caramels

Ingredients

  • 2 cups maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups light corn syrup
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Combine syrups, heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until mixture reaches 240 degrees F on a candy thermometer.
  2. Pour mixture into a greased pan. Allow to cool and then cut into squares.
