How to Make Kris Kringle Candy
Ingredients
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups chopped nuts
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- a pinch of cream of tartar
Instructions
- Heat the butter, condensed milk, molasses, and sugar in a saucepan until the mixture is dissolved. Add the cream of tartar and continue heating mixture until it reaches 260°.
- Add the nuts and vanilla extract.
- Pour mixture into a greased pan and let cool. Cut into squares.
