How to Make Grape Taffy
Ingredients
- 1 cup grape juice
- a few drops of violet food coloring
- 3 cups sugar
- a pinch of cream of tartar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a saucepan. Heat to 300°.
- Pour mixture into a greased pan and let cool enough to handle.
- Pull taffy and cut into small pieces with greased scissors.
