How to Make Fruit and Nut Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon candied pineapple, chopped
- 1 cup cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon crystallized ginger, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon preserved cherries, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 square melted chocolate
Instructions
- Add butter, cream, and sugar to a saucepan. Boil for 1/2 hour. Stir continuosly.
- Add chocolate and allow mixture to come to a boil again. Remove from heat.
- Stir mixture until it is creamy. Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour fudge into a greased pan and let cool. Cut into squares.
