How to Make Fig Cream Fudge


  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 pounds of figs, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


  1. Cook sugar, heavy cream and corn syrup over medium heat until mixture reaches 240 degrees F on a candy thermometer.
  2. Remove from heat. Add figs once the mixture thickens. Thoroughly blend in lemon juice.
  3. Spread mixture evenly in a greased pan. Allow to cool; then cut into squares.
