How to Make Cream Fudge

Ingredients

  • 4 cups brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 2 cups heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a heavy saucepan. Stir constantly over medium heat. Cook until mixture reaches 234 degrees F on a candy thermometer.
  2. Remove from heat; beat mixture with a wooden spoon until creamy and thick. Add vanilla and blend well.
  3. Pour mixture evenly in a greased pan. When fudge hardens, cut into even squares.
