How to Make Cream Fudge
Ingredients
- 4 cups brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 2 cups heavy cream
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a heavy saucepan. Stir constantly over medium heat. Cook until mixture reaches 234 degrees F on a candy thermometer.
- Remove from heat; beat mixture with a wooden spoon until creamy and thick. Add vanilla and blend well.
- Pour mixture evenly in a greased pan. When fudge hardens, cut into even squares.
