How to Make Coffee Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup strong coffee
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Instructions
- Add the butter, coffee, and sugar to a saucepan. Heat until the mixture reaches 240°, stirring continuously. Remove saucepan from heat.
- Add almond extract and stir until the mixture becomes stiff.
- Grease a pan and put the pecans on the bottom of the pan. Pour mixture over the pecans.
- Let cool, then cut into squares.
