How to Make Coffee Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup strong coffee
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

  1. Add the butter, coffee, and sugar to a saucepan. Heat until the mixture reaches 240°, stirring continuously. Remove saucepan from heat.
  2. Add almond extract and stir until the mixture becomes stiff.
  3. Grease a pan and put the pecans on the bottom of the pan. Pour mixture over the pecans.
  4. Let cool, then cut into squares.
