How to Make Cocoa Fudge
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons fondant
Instructions
- Mix the butter, cocoa, corn syrup, milk, and sugar together in a saucepan. Heat until it reaches 240°. Remove from heat.
- Stir in vanilla and fondant. Stir until the mixture is a creamy consistency.
- Pour fudge into a greased pan. Let cool, then cut into squares.
