How to Make Cocoa Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons fondant

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, cocoa, corn syrup, milk, and sugar together in a saucepan. Heat until it reaches 240°. Remove from heat.
  2. Stir in vanilla and fondant. Stir until the mixture is a creamy consistency.
  3. Pour fudge into a greased pan. Let cool, then cut into squares.
