How to Make Chocolate Pralines

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almonds
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • melted chocolate for coating

Instructions

  1. Blanch the almonds and bake them in the oven until they are a light brown.
  2. Boil the sugar in a saucepan until it turns golden brown. Pour the sugar into a greased pan and let cool.
  3. Mix the almonds and sugar together.
  4. Take small chunks of the mixture and dip each one in chocolate. Place on wax paper and allow them to dry.
