How to Make Chocolate Pralines
- 2 cups almonds
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- melted chocolate for coating
- Blanch the almonds and bake them in the oven until they are a light brown.
- Boil the sugar in a saucepan until it turns golden brown. Pour the sugar into a greased pan and let cool.
- Mix the almonds and sugar together.
- Take small chunks of the mixture and dip each one in chocolate. Place on wax paper and allow them to dry.
