How to Make Chocolate Nut Fudge
Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 squares chocolate
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon coffee extract
- 1 tablespoon chopped angelica
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of cream of tartar
Instructions
- Mix the butter, chocolate, cream of tartar, milk, salt, and sugar together in a saucepan. Heat to 240°. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Once the mxitre begins to harden, pour it onto a flat surface and knead until it has a creamy consistency. Add the nuts, angelica, and extracts as you knead.
- Roll lengthwise, then cut into slices.
