How to Make Chocolate Nut Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 squares chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon coffee extract
  • 1 tablespoon chopped angelica
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of cream of tartar

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, chocolate, cream of tartar, milk, salt, and sugar together in a saucepan. Heat to 240°. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Once the mxitre begins to harden, pour it onto a flat surface and knead until it has a creamy consistency. Add the nuts, angelica, and extracts as you knead.
  3. Roll lengthwise, then cut into slices.
