How to Make Chocolate Bonbons

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. vanilla fondant
  • 2/3 cup grated chocolate
  • melted chocolate for dipping

Instructions

  1. Mix the grated chocolate into the fondant.
  2. Form small bits of the mixture into balls and let dry.
  3. Dip the balls into the chocolate and place on wax paper to dry.
