How to Make Brown Sugar Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions
- Mix sugars, milk and butter in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Continue cooking until mixture reaches 238 degrees F on a candy thermometer.
- Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and peanuts; blend until mixture is creamy and thick.
- Pour into a greased pan. Allow to cool and then cut into squares.
