How to Make Angel Food Fudge
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons orange flower water
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 egg whites
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup chopped almonds
- a pinch of cream of tartar
Instructions
- Heat the sugar, honey, and water in a saucepan until the mixture reaches 254°.
- Beat the egg whites.
- Pour the syrup from the saucepan over the eggs, stirring continuously.
- Add the orange flower water and almonds.
- Pour into a greased pan. Let cool and cut into squares.
