How to Make Angel Food Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons orange flower water
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • a pinch of cream of tartar

Instructions

  1. Heat the sugar, honey, and water in a saucepan until the mixture reaches 254°.
  2. Beat the egg whites.
  3. Pour the syrup from the saucepan over the eggs, stirring continuously.
  4. Add the orange flower water and almonds.
  5. Pour into a greased pan. Let cool and cut into squares.
